FOCUS ON YOUR RACE

In every race, there must be a target; you are not permitted to run amiss; If any man starts running without a target or a definite destination, he or she will be considered a mad person. You cannot run another person's race; you are to run your race and receive your prize. You cannot run a race and then another person collects your prize because your prize has your name tag.

 

1 Corinthians 9:24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. 26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: 27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Distraction is an enemy of destiny, and Satan has mastered the art of distraction as his weapon against the anointed ones. That is why Jesus Christ advised us to focus on him. He is the way, and God said we should look unto Jesus as our example and run our race the same way he ran and won the crown(Hebrews 12:2), If you are serious about running the way you should, you will not have time to judge how other people are running their own. Idleness is the reason why many have become judges in another person's race, and there is no way you can be a star runner and, at the same time, be a judge; it is not possible.

1 Timothy 5:13 (And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not).

Focusing is the master key to running a successful race here on earth. Paul the apostle mastered this particular key, and he documented it so we can also learn from it and run successfully. Imagine if Paul were busy criticising Peter and the rest of the Apostles, he wouldn't have time to achieve so much. He was sent to the Gentiles, and he focused on his assignment. And at the end of his race, he boasted of his accomplishment (Acts 9:15-16). The assignment was clear; Just like Paul, God has a job for each one of us. Don't be a news analyst without payment; if you are called to do it, you will prosper in it. Another person is making news, and you have become an analyst without payment. Be intentional in your race; do everything with a target in mind; don't be a time waster because time lost can never be recovered.

2 Timothy 4:7 (I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: 8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness; which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing).

Friends, do you know your assignment, or are you just confused and need direction? I have good news for you: Jesus, the way maker, the truth, and the way himself, is here to show you your assignment. Just the way he shows Paul, and he turns away from doing the wrong things immediately. It is not too late to receive your call; your encounter with Jesus today can change your story like Paul's if you will say yes to Jesus by praying this salvation prayer below and be blessed, in Jesus' name.

STAY AWAKE, PART 2

The battle over our destiny is real, and more real is our victory in Christ Jesus. No one emerges as a champion without a fight, and defeating an existing champion is what makes a champion. However, to win the battle of life, our spirit, soul, and body need to be alert and stay awake(Matthew 26:41). In this kingdom, nothing like the spirit is willing and the flesh is weak; every part of your being is expected to be awake to watch over your destiny. If not, you will spend all your days removing the evil seed of the wicked instead of making progress in your endeavour.

Isaiah 62:6 I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence, 7 And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

God said, You should give him no rest until he establishes you, and gives you a change of status and makes you a champion here on earth. You have a glorious destiny, and it has attracted many enemies, but you are the number one watchman over your destiny; you are expected to remind God day and night about His promise to you. If you sleep off, how would you fulfill that assignment? If you want your praise to be sung here on earth, you need to stay awake.

Genesis 28:12 And he dreamed, and beheld a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. 13 And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed; 16 And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not. 17 And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! This is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.

¨Surely the LORD was in this place; and I knew it not¨ was a statement of regret; and that was Jacob´s ordeal in his first encounter with God. Spirit of slumber is a robber of destiny; I pray you will not be robbed, in Jesus' name. Just like Jacob, many have slept off in the place of their opportunity; their lives are full of dreams, but no physical manifestation to show. Jacob was in the House of God, the gate of heaven, where Angels are ascending and descending, but the spirit of slumber robbed him of that opportunity to collect blessings at that moment. On the other hand, Jesus was awake to receive Angelic help, and he made it to the cross to receive a name that is above every other name (Luke 22:43). 

Genesis 32:24 And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day. 25 And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him. 26 And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. 27 And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob. 28 And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.

Jacob´s life would have been easier if he had not missed his first encounter with God; he worked for fourteen years to get two wives; he was a victim of underpaid wages. Thank God that we serve a God of second chances. In his second encounter, he was fully awake and wrestled with God for his change of status and name. He insisted, he refused to let go; he said I missed you before because I was asleep, now I know better, I am awake, and I am seeing you face to face, and I know you have the power to change my story, I would rather die in this battle than to let you go. Maybe this is the prayer of someone reading this message right now. I have good news for you, your change of story will manifest now, in Jesus' name. 

PRAYER

Lord Jesus, baptize me with the spirit of grace and supplication, so that I can prevail in my prayer altar. Lord Jesus, deliver me from the Spirit of Slumber and keep me awake both physically and spiritually (Amen).

God said, Don't keep quiet, disturb me, wrestle with me until I change your story. Friends, if God is not your Father, you will not be able to get close to Him, and you will not see His face. To see Him, you need to go through His son, Jesus Christ, by praying this salvation prayer below and be blessed, in Jesus' name.

STAY AWAKE, PART 1

Spiritual awakening is a very important aspect of our journey here on earth. You can't be sleeping when your enemies only operate at the hour of night. The evil seed of the wicked was planted at the hour of the night. You have a great destiny, but if you are not awake to watch over what God has deposited in you, the enemy will fill your life with shrubs. The time you are supposed to use to do something productive, you will be using it to remove shrubs. You are that beautiful garden that God has created, and inside of you is a good seed, but if you are not awake to watch over your garden, your adversaries, the devil, have no place to rest; he is walking to and fro the earth looking for where to sow his evil seed. If you allow your garden to be overgrown by his evil seed, nobody will see the good seed again, and what will come out of your life will be evil, but that will not be you, in Jesus' name.

Matthew 13:24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: 25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

Your spirit man needs to be constantly active and alert; you are the watchman over your destiny; nobody will do it for you. When the time for crucifixion came, Jesus took his disciples to a place of prayer, and they fell asleep; he even pleaded with them to watch with him for an hour, but they couldn't. That is to show that in the journey of destiny, you are to run your race by yourself. If you are spiritually asleep, your Angel will be sleepy and weak, and you will be vulnerable to every form of attack. If your spirit man is awake, you will be receiving signals from heaven constantly on what is happening and what to do, and even signals on the opportunities available around you. You will be in the right place at the right time, making the right decision, and winning always.

To be spiritually awake requires discipline and hard work. Jesus says that he saw Nathaniel; he means his spirit man was awake. When Elisha said that he saw Gehazi collecting Naaman the leper´s gift, it means his spirit man was awake (2 Kings 5:26). So, Gehazi could not take him by surprise. His error couldn't affect his ministry because he was awake to keep the evil seed away from his ministry.

You may say, but Nene, what can I do to keep my spirit man awake?

1. Let the Love for God and the interest of his kingdom be your priority. John 16:27 (For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God).

2. Prayer and fasting, the disciples of Jesus could not keep watch with him even for one hour because of the spirit of slumber; he is a robber of destiny. They could not deliver the demonic boy because they were not into fasting. Matthew 17:21 (Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting).

Matthew 26:40 (And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour? 41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak).

 

3. Obedience to God and His commandment: Jesus Christ said that Father has not left him because he does things that pleases him always (John 8:29). To maintain the presence of God you need to please him, and without faith no one can please God (Hebrews 11:6), Jesus said that anyone who obey his commandment him and his father will love that person and also be with him. John 15:10 (If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. 14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you). 

Friends, if you have the presence of God with you, your spirit man will be awake, and nothing will take you by surprise. You will not be a victim of a spiritual accident, in Jesus' name. Do not be deceived, you cannot enjoy divine presence if you are not a child of God; and to be a child of God, you need to Say Yes To Jesus by praying this salvation prayer below and be blessed, in Jesus' name

BE PERSONAL IN YOUR RACE

Philippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

 

Christianity is a call to enroll in a personal race with God; your relationship with God is more important than any other relationship. If you get this one right, your relationship with others will be smooth. You need an individualistic approach to win the race of destiny because there is no joint destiny in Christ, as God does not force his will on any man. God called Abraham alone; it was Abraham who called Lot. The reason why many are stagnated in their journey is because of their Lot, and until you let your Lot go, you may never see clearly. Everyone is expected to run on their path; the race is for the serious-minded people. The race of destiny requires focus and dedication

Joel 2:7 (They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: 8 Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded).

Freedom is a personal decision; Saying yes to Jesus is a vow; it is a commitment that you are going to be truthful in your relationship with him. It is between you and him, and not with any man; it is not between you and the church, church membership cannot take you to heaven; it is your work with God that will determine your eternity. What the Church does is to impact you with knowledge that will help in growing your relationship with God, but you are to work out your salvation with fear and trembling in obedience to the word of faith you have received from the church or in your encounter with the word. Your mother's relationship with God is personal, your Father's relationship with God is personal; everyone is running a different race. Always remember that you are not in competition with anyone; you are competing against yourself, which is your flesh, so learn to focus on getting yourself on the right track by pleasing God. If you can please the one you are in a relationship with, your journey to the finish line will be guaranteed (John 8:29 and 2 Timothy 2:4).

Isaiah 51:2 Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.

Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

We are to look unto those who have run the same race with a result to show for it; God himself pointed us towards Abraham, but he cannot force you to do the work of Abraham; it is your decision to be made. Jesus Christ, our perfect example cited 

Abraham as an Example John 8:39 (They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham. 40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham).

You may ask, what is the work of Abraham; He is the Father of obedience; He believes in God and it was counted for him as righteousness (Romans 4:3). Jesus Christ was obedient even unto the death of the cross (Philippians 2:8) and he received a name that is above every other name. They worked out their relationship with God and procured a blessing for their generation. Friends,  if I may ask, what are you living behind for your generation? This is way beyond material inheritance. Friends, it is not too late to change the narration of your family from idol worship to people who worship the true God. It can start with you, just the way it started with Abraham. The key is focus; don't let the circumstances of life shake you; be strong in the Lord and continue to build your faith.

Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Saying yes to Jesus is a call to be a partaker of the blessings of Abraham; it is a call to be free from bondage and curses. It is a call for a change of story and identity. Friends, in case you have not honoured this call, please do it quickly by praying this salvation prayer below and be blessed, in Jesus' name.

PRODUCING FRUIT AFTER YOUR ROOT, PART 2

Redemption has made it possible for us to choose our root; we have no excuse to be a wide branch anymore. No, for every branch produces after its root. A wild branch has no root, and it will soon burn down. 

Matthew 13:6 And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.

If the root is corrupt, then the whole tree, including the fruit, will also be corrupt; that is why we need to choose to be part of the good tree. Jesus Christ is the root that guarantees eternal life to his branches.

John 15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abides in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. 5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. 6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

 

The condition of your root will determine what happens to you. We are the offspring of the Lion of the tribe of Judah, and we are expected to prevail after our Father. Jesus Christ is the son of David, and it was recorded that David never lost a battle; he manifests after his root, and we are to manifest after our root, which is Jesus; and we are not permitted to lose any battle. We are the offspring of the Lamb of God, and we are expected to be obedient to God after our source. 

Isaiah 61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. 4 And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.

Jesus came to reveal our identity to us, and we cannot continue to be victims of our ignorance, not anymore. The Jew said Jesus is the son of Joseph, and he continued to tell them that he is the son of God and that he has the power to do what his father can do, and that angered them; they persecuted him, saying he made himself equal to God. Meanwhile, God himself calls us gods Psalm 82:6(I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High). We are the tree of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, and we cannot be uprooted nor produce evil fruit. We are the repairers of the waste cities, the builders of desolate lands, and we are not the offspring of the destroyer. It is either you are with God or you are with Satan; there is no middle ground. A cashew fruit cannot grow from a mango tree; it will be considered an abomination, and no one will knowingly eat from that fruit because it is corrupt. A goat giving birth to a dog will be considered an abomination; In the same way, you also cannot manifest outside your root. Your root is your heritage; your culture defines you. If you find out that your biological root has been corrupted, you can change it by choosing your spiritual root because the spiritual controls the physical. As soon as you change your spiritual identity, your biological identity will no longer have power over the outcome of your fruit. 1 Peter 1:23 (Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever). 2 Corinthians 5:17 (Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new).

Jesus Christ makes it clear that you can choose your spiritual root, and you have the power to choose your relatives. (Matthew 12:46-50). Matthew 12:50 (For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother).

Disobedience to the commandment of God is what destroys the fruit, because Jesus Christ said that if you want to continue to abide in him, you have to obey his commandment. Friends, the question is, do you want to bear much fruit? Do you want to change your root? If your answer is yes, then SAY YES TO JESUS by praying this salvation prayer below and be blessed, in Jesus' name. PRODUCING FRUIT AFTER YOUR ROOT, PART 1

Like begets like; a goat will produce another goat like itself; a child of God is god and expects to produce fruit after his kind. If you don't know your true identity, then what kind of fruit are you going to be bearing? Corruption entered the world because of a lack of knowledge. Genesis 3:5 (For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil). The same Satan that deceived Adam and Eve was unable to deceive Jesus (Luke 4:1-13); the difference between the two was knowledge and self-awareness. If Adam had a deep understanding of his identity, he would not have fallen into the trap of the devil because he was already created in the image of God; he was already like God because of his lack of knowledge of who he was, Satan was able to confuse him. If you don't know who you are, the devil will confuse you; he will give you a name that is not yours. Knowing who you are means understanding your purpose and God's plan for you.

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Psalm 82:5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. 6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. 7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. 45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not. 46 Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me? 47 He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

Your confidence in God is what will make the confidence of your enemies impotent. Everyone trusts in something, even though some may not be conscious of it. If you don't trust God enough to fight your battle for you, there is nothing he can do about it; in the end, it would still be you versus the other side. You need to wear your confidence with pride; that is, making it obvious for the opposition to see where your confidence is coming from. Your confidence, your boldness, comes from knowing your root and what your root carries. Before your enemies can defeat you, they will go after your roots to destroy your confidence. If they cannot tamper with your confidence, they won't be able to take anything from you. Your root is your identity; it defines who you are and the kind of results you are expected to generate. Your confidence comes from knowing your root; the deeper your root, the more confidence you have. The Jews sought to know by which authority Jesus Christ operates, where his confidence comes from. (Matthew 21:23) His authority comes from knowing his root and who he was; those questions were meant to cast doubt in his confidence, but he did not move because he was sure of his rock. Friends, today, if your enemies challenged your authority, what would be your response? Whether you like it or not, your confidence is being challenged regularly. Your response will determine where you are right now and where you will be tomorrow.

Romans 15:12 (And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust).

Revelation 22:16 (I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star).

The question is, do you know your roots? Are you producing after your root? Has your seed been corrupted? The good news is, redemption has made an avenue for you to choose who your father is; whether the Almighty God or Satan. The choice is yours. I pray for you right now, you will not be cast into the fire, in Jesus' name.

Luke 3:9 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

Friends, to avoid being cast into the fire, you need to SAY YES TO JESUS if you have not said yes to him. Please do it quickly by praying this salvation prayer below

SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE

Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

Your destiny as a child of God cannot be secured without spiritual awareness; It means the deep knowledge of who you are as a person, your present or prevailing circumstances notwithstanding. It means being spiritually in tune with God and your surroundings, nothing catches you unaware; that means you will have access to divine expo.  Spiritual intelligence in this context is defined as your connectivity with God; that is, you know what God expects of you, and you are aware of your relationship with him and how to grow in your walk with him. Since God is Spirit and we are born of the Spirit, we should not be afraid of being called spiritual because that is the essence of our new birth (Born Again).

John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. 8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

 

If you are spiritually intelligent as a child of God, Satan will clear your way because he would not be able to scam you. Since the spiritual controls the physical, if you are spiritually intelligent, you will be more than a conqueror. If you know how to manoeuvre your way spiritually, you will not have a shipwreck in the journey of life. It makes you a commander of any situation. We have the Example of David, Daniel, and Joseph as men who demonstrate a high level of spiritual intelligence with results to show. 

Psalm 119:104 (Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way. 105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. 106 I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep thy righteous judgments).

David was said to have the wisdom of an Angel (2 Samuel 14:20); he has deep understanding of the love of God and knows how to maintain it and even God said that he has found David a man after his heart (Psalm 89:20). He won the heart of God and refused to let it go, genuine love is very sweet and that is what Jesus gives to those who love him (1 Corinthians 2:9-10). David won all his battles without losing his head, and he said he was smarter than his teachers because he kept the commandments of God.

Daniel said those who know their God shall do exploits. Your exploits in life and the hereafter depend on the level of your spiritual understanding. Daniel 11:32 (And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits). Daniel was able to remember and interpret the king's dream because of his high level of spiritual intelligence. He reigns in a strange land because of his connectivity with the Almighty God. 

Joseph´s spiritual awareness preserved his destiny, and he was able to reign over those who were meant to be his masters. The knowledge of who he was preserved him even when everything around him was against what he knew. You can't afford to be a spiritual dummy as a child of God because your success in life depends on the knowledge of your true identity, which is your spiritual identity. The Jews knew who Jesus Christ and John the Baptist were in the physical, yet they kept asking them about their identity. If I may ask you right now, who are you? Your answer will depend on your level of spiritual intelligence. Friends, if you studied our three examples, you will see that they have something in common. They know and love God; they fear God and keep his commandment. David said that he hates every false way; Joseph said that he fears God, and Daniel refuses to do wickedly against the covenant; he also refused to defile himself with food. If you love them and their exploits, then follow their footsteps and cultivate spiritual awareness. Hate what God hates and love what God loves, and you will be on your way to your high places; see you there, in Jesus' name. To be spiritually intelligent begins with your salvation; only those who have said Yes to Jesus can hear his voice (John 10:5). SAY YES TO JESUS TODAY by praying this salvation prayer below and be blessed, in Jesus' name..

SEPARATION IS THE ONLY WAY OUT FROM A CORRUPT TREE

2 Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, 18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Choice is an inevitable part of human life; God does not hold people in bondage he has given us freedom of choice but whatever we decide to do with our lives, we are going to be held accountable for it (Deuteronomy 30:19). That means you cannot blame anyone for the outcome of your life. The choice of separation from our corrupt tree has been given to us by God; God called Noah to set himself apart when the earth was filled with corruption. 

Genesis 6:11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. 12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth. 13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

The corruption continued because the corrupter continued to do his work, sowing his evil seed among the chosen ones. Then, the Lord told Abraham to separate himself; he obeyed, and with that single act of obedience, he procured a generational blessing for his seed. And we, the redeemed, are now the beneficiaries of that obedience today.

Genesis 12:1 Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: 2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

If you are not happy with the kind of tree you find yourself in, be sincere with yourself. Look at your family tree, what kind of fruit have they been producing for generations? Are you happy with the result you are getting? What can you do to change the evil pattern? Are you ready to continue with that kind of result? Tell yourself there must be a way out; maybe your forefathers have made a pact with the devil and subscribe to the lifestyle of hardship and struggle, labouring without result. Or they have agreed to give him animal blood to be able to make headway in life. Or bowing down to one tree, or a statue, or a stone. You and your children cannot continue with that kind of lifestyle. But just like God did not forget his covenant with Abraham, the devil also does not forget his covenant with your root. A conscious and genuine heart for God, and a decision to be separated, is the only way to change the evil pattern in your family. Evil does not stop on its own accord; someone somewhere has to rise to stop it. In the same way God called Noah and Abraham for separation, God is calling you today; He wants to raise a generation of godly seed from you; accept his call today and save your lineage from the hand of the corrupter. Your forefather's disobedience is what you are suffering from, and now the patterns continue until you wake up and change the pattern.

Deuteronomy 28:18 Cursed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy land, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.

Blessing is what erases curses; the curse of idol worship, serving other gods is real; that is why you are producing seed according to the curses; but worry no more; Jesus Christ, the lamb without blemish, has taken your place; you are no longer accountable for any evil debt. But until YOU SAY YES  TO HIM, you cannot be free and cannot become a seed of Abraham. Jesus Christ is that incorruptible seed that you need to grow a new generation of blessed children.

Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

SAYING YES TO JESUS is a vow that you will separate yourself from your old foundation; that you will no longer touch the unclean thing; and that you are now a daughter and a son of God Almighty. Friends, what are you still waiting for? Quickly pray this salvation prayer below and begin to walk in the newness of life. God bless you.

SPIRITUAL CLEANSER

John 15:3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

Psalm 119:9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. 10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. 11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

Life is garbage in, garbage out; you can't harvest what you did not plant. It is what you put into life that it will give you in return. Your harvest will depend on the quantity and the quality of your seed. Your investment is what will determine the percentage of your return. If your mind is not renewed, your outward appearance will not change, and nothing around you will experience change until you change your approach towards life. So our change of story in life starts from changes in our mentality. The word is a seed, and the fruit is expected to be more than the seed. Every word you hear is a seed and is expected to bring forth fruit. The question is, what kind of word are you hearing? Who is speaking into your life? John 15:3 (Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you). Peter said to Jesus that he had the word of eternal life (John 6:44).

As a parent, you can't give what you don't have; if you are not yet ready to invest in yourself, don't form a family. Don't reproduce your corrupt self and create a problem for society. Our heritage, environment, academic background, and beliefs are the sum total of our lives; they shape our lives. Thank God for the word of God, who can repackage us, no matter how corrupt our lives may be. The power to change your DNA is in your hands; you can decide to change your lineage; your investment in the word of God will bring about unimaginable returns in your investment. No matter how much garbage has entered your system through your peer group and family background, as soon as you swear allegiance to Jesus and continue to walk with him, his word will cleanse you and wipe them out.

Matthew 12:33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. 34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. 35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.

If you want to bring forth good fruit, then start listening to the incorruptible word of God, which can transform your life into the image of Christ. If you find yourself in a disorderly environment, you can align yourself with Jesus, who will wash your feet and wipe them with a towel (John 13:5-10). 

1 Peter 1:23 (Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever).

There is a way out, the road is clear, and you cannot get lost. Jesus is the word of God (John 1:9-14); the more of him you have in you, the cleaner you become, and it will be difficult for the corruptor to enter into you. The scripture below has analysed what the word (Jesus) will do for you when you say yes to him. 

Isaiah 1:16 (Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil; 17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow. 18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. 19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land):

Friends, your obedience starts by accepting the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross of Calvary. Say yes to Jesus today and watch him transform your life into his image (2 Corinthians 3:18).
