COME OUT OF THE DUNGHILL PART 3 (THE EXAMPLE OF NEHEMIAH AND THE POWER OF LOVE: NEHEMIAH 1-5)

Psalm 113:7(He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill; 8 That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people).

Psalm121:1(I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth).

The dunghill is a tricky place; no one should ever believe that they are destined to remain there because that’s the trick Satan is using to keep his captive in the valley. God has given every one of us something that we can use to get out of the dunghill. In the case of Nehemiah it was the sin of his fathers that sent him into captivity among other Jews. Many are in the dunghill because of the sin of their forefather, the sin of idolatry. It was a generational problem. I decree an end to every generational curse hanging on anyone’s life right now in Jesus name. It doesn’t matter how you get there, what is most important is what you do to get out of the valley.  Nehemiah was serving as a cupbearer to the King in the land of his captivity; but the Love he has for God and the things of God brought him out of the dunghill. When he heard about the situation of the remnant of the Jews back in Jerusalem and the situation of the house of God; he was sad and angry in his spirit. He embarks on prayer and fasting for days to seek the face of God (Nehemiah 1:1-11). If you want to be favor; you need to win God’s heart first because if God did not touch people’s hearts to favor you they will not, no matter how close you are to the person. Instead of complaining; I think what we should be doing is to find out what we can do to please God and get His attention. Nehemiah found favor with the king and he was released to go and fix the house of God and change his people's living condition. It was a selfless journey and that’s what God is expecting from us. He was not angry with God; our situation should get us closer to God not far from Him since He is the only one that can deliver us. We all need to learn how to forget the past and focus on the future because there is nothing in the past; it is gone but there is a lot for us in the future. Apostle Paul says in Philippians 3:13(Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus). Let the past go away with wind so that the rain of your future can fall. Nehemiah’s journey was successful; despite all the opposition he rebuilt the wall of the city and he became the Governor of Judah. Imagine a cup bearer now Governor. I pray for someone reading this, as you make a decision to Love God today, He will catapult you into your next levels in Jesus name. Your heart is the connecting link between you and God. It may look like the distance is much but with God is very close; he will connect you in a twinkle of an eye. The word here is Love; you can’t fake it, this is between you and God. No man can lift you up; if it is in their power to do it, they would have done it long before now. So, it is wisdom to connect your heart to where the power lies. You can deceive men but you can’t deceive God; the result will show. If men lift you up, the same men will take you down anytime you stop being their echo chamber but God will not disappoint you with Him you are sure. Friends, position yourself to be found by God; He found David, Joseph and Nehemiah; you are the next to be found in Jesus name. Just look up to the hills where your help will come from and you will be rescued. He is beckoning on you to come up hither; quickly stretch out your hand by praying this simple salvation prayer and be saved in Jesus name.

COME OUT OF THE DUNGHILL PART 2 (THE EXAMPLE OF JOSEPH AND THE POWER OF INTEGRITY): GENESIS 39 AND 40.

Psalm 113:7(He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill; 8 That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people).

Psalm121:1(I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth).

As we continue our journey here on earth; it is very important to know that being in the dunghill may not necessarily be our fault. Some are orchestrated by the enemies as a result of envy and jealousy while some found themselves in the dunghill because of ignorance. Whatever may be the reason; the good news is God has made a way of escape for you and you don’t need to remain in the valley any more. In the case of Joseph, he was a rich spoilt kid and beloved of his father. He has no reason to be in the dunghill but his brothers put him there out of envy and jealousy. It was a pure case of a household enemy.  They were jealous of his colorful destiny. I pray for someone reading this, the Lord will fight for you and make your enemies bow to you in Jesus name. Joseph did not wallow in self-pity or sorrow. He maintains a joyful heart and keeps a cheerful countenance. His heart was connected to God and he kept calling on God for help. Joseph knew that his situation can only be remedied by God. He looked deep inside and found a treasure that God had deposited in him and he refused to trade it for pleasure (Genesis 39:7-9). Joseph held on to his integrity and refused to let it go. He refused to do wicked things and to sin against God. He serves with joy as a slave and even in the dungeon he was always joyful and diligent. When the time came for him to be rescued out of the dunghill; the king sent for him and loose him and made him second in command in Egypt. He was more than a prince; that’s God for you. Like I say in the first segment, you cannot force a child that does not extend a friendly hand. Pastor Faith Oyedepo says and I quote “It is okay to fall several times but it is a sin to remain on the ground” Joseph refuses to remain on the ground. He fought his way to the top. I see you making your way to the top most top in Jesus name. Joseph keeps looking unto God and giving glory to Him even in his sorry situation. He was a joyful fellow; it takes a joyful man to recognize sad people (Genesis 40:6-14). Joseph found out that Pharaoh’s prisoners were not happy and he interpreted their dream and that was his ticket out of the dunghill. Like Joseph, everyone's ticket is in their hand. Only God can lift up the poor out of the dunghill; please ignore your enemy and look up to God where your help will come from. Joseph did not lament against his brothers or Potiphar’s wife. He kept seeking God’s attention by his attitude. Wallowing in the past keeps God away from us and the farther we are from God the deeper we go down into the valley. That will not be your portion in Jesus name. The psalmist says in Psalm 121:1(I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth). The LORD has not changed, He is still the same yesterday, today and forever and His hand is stretched out towards you right now. He is beckoning on you to come out of the dunghill; please let him help you. The first step is salvation; Jesus Christ was made poor, so that through his poverty you and I can be made rich (Revelation 5:12 and 2 Corinthians 8:9). He was slain so that we can receive riches. Don’t let his sacrifice be in vain; extend a friendly hand toward him, accept him as your Lord and savior and watch him enthrone you.

COME OUT OF THE DUNGHILL PART 1

Psalm121:1(I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth).

To come out of the dunghill requires spiritual desperation. If you don’t hate your situation and your standard of living, you will remain there forever. It is a filthy and a dusty place and no one should ever remain there.  If you are down in the valley and you did not seek or scream for help, people will think that you are enjoying your situation. You should not be surprised when you see people on the mountain throwing refuge down the valley because up the hill people will always throw dirty things on the ground which will go down the valley. It is not a deliberate act, it is a natural occurrence. The Dunghill situation is a very sorry situation. I pray for someone reading this, you will not be found there in Jesus name. Our anchor scripture today says that God raises’ up the poor out of the dust and lifts the needy out of the dunghill. That’s why we need to align ourselves with God since He is the only one that can change our situation. Friends, to be sincere speaking, the poor are truly in the dunghill but the good news is that you don’t need to remain there. God in His goodness has made a way of escape for you but His ways of escape require looking up to Him. It is not easy to lift up a child who is not looking up to you or raise his hands towards you. Any effort to lift up such a child will result in resistance; he will cry and cling to what he thinks he knows. The same applies to the poor in the dunghill; for God to lift you up, you need to make a friendly gesture. You have to convince him that you are tired of your situation by looking up to him; only then He will stretch out His hand and lift you up; He will not just lift you up but he will give you a seat among the princes of His people. He will also give you inheritance among his children. Wow, that shall be your testimony in Jesus name. I see you being enthrone in Jesus' name. God lifted David up because he called on Him for his rescue by praise and worship. David Loves God, he seeks for His attention even in fasting and prayer (Psalm 63:1-3). He was aware of those whom God has lifted up and he knows that God will locate him one day. God says in Psalm 89:20(I have found David my servant; with my Holy oil have I anointed him). Friends, desire to be found by God. He did not lift up all the poor at once because they did not make themselves available to be found by Him. Even though you are in the dunghill, look deep inside you and believe me you will find something that you can use to get God’s attention. Let your heart be connected to God because He searches the heart to see whose person’s heart is ready towards him that he can lift up (Jeremiah 17:10). Friends, I don’t know where you are right now; are you in the valley or were you up the hill and suddenly found yourself down the valley. I have good news for you; the prodigal son was a prince but he led himself into the valley but when he made a decision to return he was reinstated by his father (Luke 15:11-24). God is waiting for your return and in case you have not received Jesus as your Lord and savior; please do it today because salvation is your sure ticket to get out of the dunghill.

HE HAS THE KEY OF HELL AND DEATH

Revelation 1:18(I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death).

Isaiah 25:8(He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth; for the LORD hath spoken it).

1 Corinthians 15:54(So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ).

Part of the victory Jesus Christ won for us is the victory over death. The bible says that death has been swallowed up in victory. Jesus Christ has swallowed up death, it is right there in his stomach. When you swallow something, that thing has no more power over you and he did for you and me. If the key of death is in the hand of your father, how can he use the key against you? It takes understanding to know what is available for you in redemption. In this Kingdom, we transit to glory. That's the transition to glory. But even though we are going to transit, it will be after our work is done here on earth and until then no one has the right to terminate your existence. If it is not yet your time appointed to move to glory, you should not be taken away by force. Satan is a thief; he wants to steal your life, he wants to use that sickness to terminate your journey here on earth but don’t allow him. John 10:10(The thief cometh not but for to steal and to kill and to destroy: I am come that they might have it more abundantly). Tell him that you know that he has been defeated by Christ on the cross of Calvary, that he has no power over your life any more. Satan tried to mess with him, he defeated him and to show us his proof; he collected his key, released his captives and the graves were opened and they transited to glory. You are coming out of that grave situation in Jesus name. Grave could not hold him captive because it was impossible, therefore you shall not be held captive in Jesus name (Act 2:24). Here is what David says concerning Jesus, Act 2:26(Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope: 27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption). Matthew 27:52(And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many). The bible said that healing is children’s bread and that you cannot take the food that’s meant for the children and cast it to the dogs. To put on incorruption and lay off corruptible, and also to put on immortality and become indestructible, you need to give your life to Christ. He holds the key of hell so that he can put those with corruption in it. The key of death and hell is in his hand but he can only use it in favor of his children. As for the children of the kingdom your victory over death is guarantee you just need to get hold of the promise and run with it. To those who are not yet his children, here is another opportunity for you to become his son or daughter today, do it and be saved in Jesus name.

LET THE LION IN YOU MANIFEST

Luke 10:3(Go your ways: behold I send you forth as lambs among wolves).

Revelation 5:5(And one of the elders saith unto me weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. 6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a lamb as it had been slain, having seven eyes, which are the seven Spirit of God sent forth into all the earth).

You are the daughter and son of the Lion of the tribe of Judah; you need to manifest after the order of your father. Jesus was called the Lamb of God, Prince of peace, and the mighty man in battle. He is the Lamb of God not Lamb of Satan but to Satan he is the Lion of the tribe of Judah. He manifested as the Lamb of God to obey his father in order to save us and reconcile us to God. When anyone tries to take his own, his Lionic nature will come out to defend us and deliver us from wolves and destroy them in the process. He is the last chapter God, if you bring war, he will finish it for you and write the last chapter for you (Revelation 12:7-11 and Matthew 11:12). That’s our father; He is the mighty man of war; so stop being a weakling and fight. As the children of the kingdom, for you to fully manifest your destiny you need to have these two characteristic of Jesus in you; that is, a Lamb and a Lion. We need to be a Lamb and be meek enough to be led by God but to Satan and his agent we are to manifest as Lion; devour them and continue our journey. Remember we live among the wolves, Lamb cannot survive among the wolves so our characteristics as Lion is what we need to live among the wolves and scare them out of our territory. He was not just an ordinary Lion, he is the Lion of the tribe of Judah and he prevailed; you shall prevail also in Jesus name (Revelation 5:5).  Lion never turns back for any in battle, Lion is a strategic fighter, he is neither the biggest nor the strongest but he is very strategic in his fight. That’s exactly who we are; let them think you are a Lamb until they come close and see the Lion in you.  To his own he gave peace, he gave comfort and he fought our battle for us. To the kingdom of darkness he is a Lion, he war against them on our behalf. Lion is the king of the jungle and we are ordained as kings and priests to rule here on earth (Revelation 5:10). This world is a jungle; don’t let the wolf eat you, be strategic in your fight. A young Lion suffers hunger because he is unskilled; you need to grow up and devour your enemy (Psalm 34:10). Imagine if the inscription on your door read “BEWARE OF LIONS” instead of “BEWARE OF DOGS” The good news is the mark you and me have in our body read “BEWARE OF LION” it state ‘keep off’ she has do not touch mark. Galatians 6:17(From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus). Jesus Christ was slain as Lamb but he prevailed as a Lion. Revelation 5:12(Saying with a loud voice, worthy is the lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing). All these are ours in redemption but if we refuse to manifest our Lionic nature the wolves will not allow us to enjoy what Jesus has purchased for us by his blood and if we refuse to surrender ourselves to Christ as his lamb will not be qualified to have them. It is our responsibility to choose who we want to follow but I pray you will make the right decision and follow Christ today in Jesus name.

BE A FAITHFUL AND A WISE SERVANT

Acts 10:38(How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him).

Matthew 24:45(Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? 46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. 47 Verily I say unto you, that he shall make him ruler over all his goods. 48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delay his coming;49 And shall begin to smite his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; 50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of).

Every good and perfect gift is from God and they are for our profiting (James 1:17, 1 Corinthians 12:7). God does not have a problem empowering us; but what we do with the power concerns him. We need to prove to him over and over again that we can handle the power we seek from him. Many have disappointed him with the power he gave them. Empowerment is in levels and categories; it depends on the level you are now and the area you want to be empowered. Some need financial empowerment; while some need career or ministerial empowerment but in whichever area of your endeavor you need power it is for profiting. Jesus said to his disciples several times that to earn a seat in heaven that they need to serve others; that he came to serve not be served (Luke 22:25-29). Every one of us needs to meditate on this particular statement if we really want to be enthroned. He did not come to dominate; he came to lead and draw us to God. Many use their position as leader to oppress those who they are meant to serve. In this kingdom leadership is an election of grace; so whatever gift God gives to you is to serve his people. Don’t think he is going away, he said the kingdom of God is within you. When he empowers Jesus he was with him confirming his word with a sign following because Jesus was doing the right things and that earned him a crown in heaven. The reason why there are so many prophecies without manifestations; is because the owner of the anointing has withdrawn its potency. Imagine a prophet whose vision is only to the rich meanwhile Jesus said he came for the poor; not for them to remain poor but to give them the word that will help them out of their predicament. Psalm 113:7(He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill; 8 That he may set him princes even with the princes of his people). The healing anointing is to heal the sick and not to be kept by you. The money that God gave you is to help others who are in need and also to advance his kingdom. Joseph was concerned about the sad countenance of the two other prisoners he was serving in the prison and he interpreted their dreams and God used one of them to change his level. The same way God gave Joseph a gift of interpretation of dreams and hospitality; he has given you something too but whatever you decide to do with yours will determine your advancement in life (Genesis 40-42). Joseph’s gift makes a way for him, yours shall make a way for you in Jesus name (Proverb 18:16). The good and faithful servant gave his colleagues food in due season which means there is time appointed for every assignment. If you are meant to preach or counsel someone at a particular time and you delay in doing that; the wrong teacher and counselor may get to her before you and that will not go well with the father. It is our father’s will for all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of him. Friends, please be diligent and faithful in your assignment and watch God give you more cities to occupy till he returns. The poor were lifted up because they looked up to him and every good and perfect gift comes from above. I don’t know where you are looking at right now but it is time to change direction and look at him who comes from above and his name is Jesus.  Jesus is waiting for you, to lift you up in case you have not accepted him; please do it now and be blessed.

OCCUPY TILL I COME PART 2: LUKE 19:12-27

Luke 19:12(He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. 14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, we will not have this man to reign over us. 15 And it came to pass, that when he returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading).

The gift of God is without repentance; however what we do with our gift is very important to God (Romans 11:29). The bible says that the gift of a man will make a way for him (Proverbs 18:16). Joseph’s dream interpretation gift made a way for him before Pharaoh and he became second in command in a strange land in Egypt. Joseph occupied the land of Egypt. That you have been giving a gift does not mean there will be no contention from the opposition. Every good thing will always attract opposition. The opposition was already there; if they hate your master definitely they will hate you. His citizens who sent a message to him that they will not have him rule over them are already your opposition because they are aware of your pounds. John 17:14(I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world). Your pounds came with power to overcome every opposition; that’s why he said that you should occupy till he returns. John 1:11(He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name). Your father will not give you more than you can handle; he knows the level of your capability (1 Corinthian 10:13). The opposition knows the value of your pounds; it is you that do not recognize the value of your treasure. Please don’t bury your pounds because the enemy would want you to bury it since he could not snatch it from you. Imagine what happens to the seven servants who do returns to give account of themselves and their pounds. A lot of things might have happened to them; it may be that they have absconded with their master’s pound or they fell into the hand of the enemies and they kill them and go away with their pounds. Not doing what you have been empowered to do is a sin in the eyes of God; that’s why he punished the man who buried his pounds.  Jesus Christ told his disciples that he will appoint to them a kingdom but only to those who continue to follow him in his temptation (Luke 22:29). You need to continue in the same things that earn you the pound in the first place. You have to continue to sanctify yourself with the word of God and activate the power to retain and to trade with your pounds. He is a businessman; he came to carry out his father’s business of reconciling the world to him and he expects us to do the same. Everyone that engages in business expects a profit in return. Jesus Christ proves himself to be a faithful servant and God gave him a name that is above every other name and he also earns a seat at the right hand of God. He said to us that the son of man did not come to be served but to serve others. Now that you are saved, he did not expect you to appear in heaven alone, he wants you to draw others to him. So, at redemption your own pounds have been handed over to you and you are expected to trade with it and earn more pounds. You will not disappoint your father in Jesus name and your seat at his right will not be given to another. There are still more pounds in the hand of the father, so hurry up and get your own and trade with it by praying this salvation prayer below if you are not yet a member of his family.

OCCUPY TILL I COME

Luke 19:12(He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. 14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, we will not have this man to reign over us. 15 And it came to pass, that when he returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading).

As the children of the kingdom the LORD has assigned to us some territory to occupy till he returns. The question is, are you occupying at all because the servant who refused to occupy his territory was judged harshly. What he had was taken away from him and added to the one who gained more. Our God is a covenant keeping God; He said that he did not call the seed of Jacob to seek him in vain. The master gave his servant money, not a passerby. Service is very important in this Kingdom, so if you want to change levels you need to engage in service. Thank God that you are saved. Salvation is just a step ahead; there are many more benefits accrued to us as a covenant child. It is your service that will earn you his trust. Now that you have received your pounds go ahead and occupy because he is coming back. You may ask, Nene, when is he coming back? It doesn’t matter how long, keep occupying and stay in business. Abraham is in heaven and he still occupies his space here on earth, the same goes to Isaac, Jacob, David, Daniel, Joseph, Deborah, Ruth etc. Anytime you read about them the space you find in the scripture is where they have occupied and they cannot be replaced by anyone. The scripture said that we are the children of the new covenant and have the potential to occupy more territories than any of them. John 14:12(Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, he works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go to my Father). Matthew 11:11(Verily I say unto you, among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom is greater than he). Expand your territory, don’t be comfortable in your zone; there is enough space for you and me. You don’t need to push people to get a space; trade with your pounds and bear fruit worthy of repentance. The quality and quantity of your fruit is very important; the more fruit you bear the more space you occupy and the higher your reward. Ten servants were given 10 pounds, three of them gave account of their exploit; one buried his own and received harsh judgments from the Lord, the remaining two received commendation but the one that gained more received extra pounds aside from his profit. I pray that your talent will not be taken away from you in Jesus name. Let not forget the seven servants that were not mentioned again, I believe they absconded with the master’s pounds; if the man who buried his pound received such a harsh punishment what would be the fate of those thieves because they can’t hide from God. Even those who refused his leadership were not spared. Jesus is coming back soon and no one will be spared, everyone will be judged according to their works. If you have received him as your Lord and savior and have also received your pounds, please be diligent and focus but in case you have not received him; hurry up and do it right away by praying this salvation prayer below.

YOU ARE THE SALT OF THE EARTH

Matthew 5:12(Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savor, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men).

Mark 9:49(For every one shall be salted with fire, and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt. 50 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltiness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and peace one with another).

The bible describes us as the salt of the earth; for us to really appreciate that, it is important to know the value of salt. Salt adds flavor to our food and without it our food is tasteless. Salt serves as a preservative agent to keep bacteria away from our food. The deficiency of salt in the human body can cause serious health issues. That means without you and me the human race is incomplete. You are not inconsequential. You can’t continue to look down on yourself because without you, life is incomplete, that is who you are as a redeemed child of God. You have a space to occupy here on earth, so occupy till he comes. You are a danger to the kingdom of darkness because they are the bacteria and you are sent to destroy them and keep them away from your territory. If they touch you they die and if you touch them they die also. Your value cannot be replaced by another person; you are ordained as a highly sought after entity. You are God’s battle axe ordained to cut down every evil tree. In the Old Testament there is what is called A COVENANT OF SALT; that means the children of Israel cannot offer a sacrifice of meat offering unto the LORD without salt (Number 18:19 and Leviticus 2:13). He said with all thine offering thou shalt offer salt. That’s how important salt is to God and that’s how important you are to God and to the world as a covenant child. Salt cannot be ignored; the same goes to you my friend, you cannot be ignored. You can’t afford to lose your saltiness; you need to make yourself relevant because salt without its savor is good for nothing. Keeping it around became a liability and you are ordained an asset.  Anything of no value is trample upon by men. If you don’t make use of yourself they will trample upon you, don’t lose your flavor because if your taste is intact you will be sought out for.  Make yourself valuable, Jesus Christ advises us to have salt in ourselves. You are a living sacrifice you need to retain your saltiness in order to be acceptable by God. You may ask, Nene, how can I retain my saltiness? The power to retain our saltiness has been deposited in us at redemption and it is our responsibility to maintain our relationship with God and stay connected to him because without him we can do nothing. No branch can bear fruit by itself, except it abides in the vine (John 15:4). Jesus Christ is the true vine, so when he advises us to have salt in ourselves he was actually saying that we should have him in us. Jesus in us is what makes us salt and if we lose him we lose our value but that will not be our portion in Jesus name. Friends, do you know why I love Jesus; I love him because there is no close case with him, he is a loving Father. He made a provision, an allowance for our returning back to him just like the prodigal son that lost his flavor. I don’t know where you are now, is it on the floor or under men foot or almost there; the good news is you can reconnect right now and get your flavor back and in case you have not entered into the COVENANT OF SALT with God, this is the right time to do so and be blessed in Jesus name.

THE REAL ABRAHAM'S SEED

John 8:37(I know that ye are Abraham’s seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you. 38 I speak that which I have seen with my father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.  39 They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them if you are Abraham’s children, ye would do the works of Abraham. 40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham).

Galatians 3:27(For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise).

The question is, who is Abraham and who are the seeds of Abraham? Abraham is a Friend of God (Isaiah 41:8), He is a servant of God (Deuteronomy 9:27), He is a man of Faith, He is a lover of God (Genesis 22:1-18), He is a pioneer, He is an intercessor (Genesis 18:17-33), He is a soul winner (Genesis 12:5), He is a man of integrity and He is a man of covenant (Genesis 14:14-24 and Genesis 17). Abraham does not acquire all these titles by disobedience or by bribery; it was his walk with God that earned him all his titles and many more. The real Abraham’s seeds are those who walk in the footsteps of Abraham. “If you are Abraham’s children, ye would do the works Abraham '' like begat like. Every child carries their father’s DNA; when a child starts behaving awkwardly it will prompt the father to go for a DNA test to determine the paternity of that child. Jesus Christ was actually calling the Pharisees bastard. They are not Abraham’s seed but satanic seed because the fruit they were manifesting are nothing like Abraham Galatians 5:19(Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envying, murders, drunkenness, reveling and such like). There is nothing like Abraham in their character. The real Abraham’s seeds are expected to manifest the fruit of the Spirit. Galatians 5:22(But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law).By redemption we are spiritual Jews, those who are Born Again and remain so and also manifesting the fruit of the spirit are the real Abraham’s seed. Galatians 3:13(Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith). Even though our faith in Christ had made us the seeds of Abraham, if we are not doing the works of Abraham we cannot benefit from his blessings. It will be like those seeds that drop by the way side and washed away by the water but that will not be you in Jesus name. God wants to relate to Abraham’s children the same way he related to him. Isaac walks in the footsteps of his father and he becomes an envy of a Nation. Jacob also walks in his footsteps and he becomes the father of a Nation. It goes on and on until the time of Jesus, the new covenant which gives us a place in their lineage. You can’t give what you don’t have; please make a name that your children will be proud of tomorrow.
