THE DOMINION AGENDA OF GOD PART 2

Revelation 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. 

All men and women are born kings and queens to rule here on earth but man lost his crown to the devil and a ruler without his crown is a naked and powerless ruler that is why as soon as man disobeyed God he found that he was naked and ashamed (Genesis 3:6-10). Thank be to God the crowns are now with Jesus and he is  given them to whoever that is ready to take their own through obedience that he or she will bear fruit, multiply and replenish the earth. It is now strictly transactional, you just have to gather souls to Christ before you can earn a crown. The crown is for them that are ready to take territory; without territory to dominate what do you need the crown for. You cannot wear a crown and move around aimlessly you will be termed a mad king or queen; God forbid, that would not be you, in Jesus name.

Every child of God has equal destiny in Christ but not every child of God was able to manifest their destiny to the fullest and that is where the difference lies. So, no one can accuse God of being partial because he had created equal opportunity for everyone of us. Until every man makes a decision to focus on the truth and follow the way and learn not to blame anyone for their failure they will remain on the ground. The blessings of God from the beginning was for every man; and Jesus Christ died to redeem everyone but not everyone accepted his sacrifice. So His dominion agenda is not meant for a particular set of people but the choice of taking what is rightly yours is absolutely dependent on you. The difference between one believer and another is in their level of obedience to scriptural instructions Matthew 13:23 (But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty). As far as God is concerned, He has a plan for you and it is a good plan and He has mapped out all the roads you need to follow to ascend your throne. Jeremiah 29:11 (For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end). You can't even blame your background because the king of glory himself was born in a manger and he started as a carpenter but he did not end as a carpenter nor did he remain in a manger; he moved from glory to glory until he got to the perfect day. Proverbs 4:18 (But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day). So, as long as you are sure of your connection to God; every step is an experience that you need to be established in your throne. You can see that vividly in the way God arrange His blessings for man; from fruitfulness to multiplication to replenishment to subduing and lastly dominion; there is no short cut route to the throne, so don't be deceived (Genesis 1:28).

Psalm 110:1 (The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. 2 The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies).

Until you agree to sit patiently at the right hand of God your throne will never be given to you. You are going to be ruling in the midst of your enemies and they need to be subdued. You need power to step upon the serpents without any hurt and to shut the mouth of Lions but all this is made available on the platform of gathering souls to God. The table God prepared for you is in the midst of your enemies and until your legs are on their necks you will not be able to eat in peace. Luke 10:19 (Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you). The power is to you according to the level of your commitment to kingdom business. The power you need to rule over two cities is different from what you need to rule over ten cities. Luke 19:17 (And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities). Friends, God is still giving out cities to people to dominate, what are you waiting for, hurry up and receive your own by praying this salvation prayer below and be saved.

THE DOMINION AGENDA OF GOD PART 1

Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Dominion is the natural domain of man; it is part of God's agenda for man. We are created in the image of God and to manifest after the order of our creator. That is, to be His complete replica here on earth. We are created to dominate every other creature that God created and that is why Adam was able to single handedly name all the beast and fowl of the air without being intimidated by any of them. So, dominion is our natural domain and it is the ambition of every man to have dominion over circumstance and to rule in his endeavour while because it is in our DNA. Sadly, man lost his dominion power to the devil through disobedience in the Garden of Eden but God in His mercy has made a way for man to recover his dominion power through obedience. So what man lost through disobedience of Adam has been purchased back through obedience of Christ and it is only through our connection to him that we can operate in dominion again.

Romans 5:19 (For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous).

Man feels empty without his dominion power because subconsciously he knew he was not complete and looking for every possible way to exercise his dominion authority. The truth is that it will not be possible until man submit himself to Christ who has gotten all the power. He has the key of dominion in his hand but he can only give it to whoever has fulfilled the first four agenda of God for man which are fruitfulness, multiplication, replenishment and subduement. Luke 10:22 (All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him).  In this kingdom where we belong everything is done orderly. We serve an intentional God; His first blessing upon man was to be fruitful, and then multiply your fruitfulness and be able to replenished what has been used; and carve out territory for yourself and subdue every opposition to your enthronement and then have dominion and begin to exercise authority in order of your Father who created you in His own image. No one can dominate what he or she has not subdued; to subdue means to have control over; it means being able to tame some things or people and put them under control; in order words, overpowering by reducing the effect of some things or people while dominion is having authority to rule over some group of people or territory. The ultimate agenda of God for man is to get to the level of dominion. You are not qualified for dominion until you are part of His fruitfulness and multiplication agenda; only those who take kingdom business seriously are entitled for enthronement. Jesus Christ did not confer dominion on his disciples until they went out for soul winning and subdue the devil by healing the sick and setting the captive free.

Luke 10:17 (And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. 18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. 19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you). Jesus Christ came to restore man to his original self; he came to give us back our throne but only if you accept him and believe that he is the only begotten of God the Father and then begin the process of reclaiming your throne back. Man is like a fish out of water without Jesus Christ; the emptiness you feel can only be filled with joy of salvation; and the restlessness will not be over until the Prince of peace comes into your life and gives you peace. The reason why you feel disorganised is because you have been disconnected from your source of power and livelihood. Friends, I have good news for you, Jesus Christ is still calling people to come into the water and be free; your crown is in his hand; hurry up and get it by praying this salvation prayer below and be blessed, in Jesus name. I decree freedom upon everyone reading this message right now, in Jesus name. I decree freedom over your finances, your health, your career and in every area that you need a touch of God, receive it right now, in Jesus name.

THE MULTIPLICATION AGENDA OF GOD

Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

We serve an intentional God; He has a purpose for everything including you being here on earth and alive today. When He was creating you and me He had a five fold agenda in mind and the second of it was the multiplication agenda. After you bring forth fruit and your fruit abides, you will continue to bear more fruit and then the one that has established will begin to bear fruit also, and that is how the multiplication agenda will be fulfilled. God delight in seeing multitudes; He wants to populate His kingdom, that has been his agenda from the beginning of creation even before the fall of man. so, barrenness, dryness and stagnation was never part of His agenda for man

Luke 14:21 (So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind. 22 And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room. 23 And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled).

The main reason why Jesus Christ came is to populate the kingdom of heaven and depopulate hell. The population agenda has been neglected by man and because of this neglect the bible says that hell has opened up his mouth wide to swallow and consume multitudes; and you know what you are going to be blamed for neglecting God's multiplication agenda. Isaiah 5:14 (Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it).

The reason why he created me and you was not just to come and eat and merry, no, we are here for a serious business. How serious you take God's business is what we will determine the level of His companion that you will enjoy. God loves those who are diligent in doing his business; He loves those who take His soul winning business seriously and personally. That is why he said that He is a jealous God, you can't mix His multiplication agenda with other things, no, it is not allowed. He said I will honour those who honour me and in the multitude of people the king is honoured (1 Samuel 2:30, Proverbs 14:28); which means the King loves the crowd and our God is the King of kings. The scriptures recorded how multitudes continue to follow Jesus, the same way in the acts of apostles, it was recorded how the Apostles continue to gather multitudes to hear the word of God. And in return God continues to give them favour. Please do it expecting a reward because it is going to be according to the multitudes you were able to gather to Him. Our God is not a robber, He will not deny you of your rewards; there is a reward for everything we do. Jesus says he chose you to go and bear fruit and not only that, but your fruit should also abide and then your reward will be released. You cannot use his name to command exploit until you key into his multiplication agenda. That is why when you say be destroyed, in the name of Jesus nothing moves because you want to reap where you did not sow. Everyone wants a mansion in heaven but they don't want to join in drawing the multitude into the Kingdom. In this kingdom your mansion will not be completed until you have the multitude to fill it. He said compel them to come in, that his house may be filled (Luke 14:23). He told the disciple that he was going to the Father to prepare a mansion for them because he knew they would be committed to his multiplication agenda. John 14:2 (In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you). There are many mansions waiting for those who will key into these agenda of God; please don't miss out. It is a family business and until you are part of the family of God you cannot be a partaker of His multiplication agenda. THE FRUITFULNESS AGENDA OF GOD

Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

 

Every tree is known by its fruit and if a tree refuses to bear fruit how can it be identified? I remember in my hometown while growing up as a kid, there was a green vegetable meant for consumption but we also found something similar growing around and we were warned not to ever consume it because it is not the real vegetables, it is the fake one without benefit; in fact it is poisonous. The same way every believer that refuses to bear good fruit in the kingdom is a poison to the body of Christ, God forbid. Revelation 3:15 (I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth). Jesus Christ cursed the fig tree because it was not producing fruit and it dried from the roots immediately so is every believer that refuses to carry out his or her assignment as a fruit bearing believer. God said that He will cut them off and burnt them to ashes but that will not be you, in Jesus name. Because I know that you, that is reading this message, will start bearing fruit from today, in Jesus name. John 15:1(I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. 2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit). God is committed to take care of only the fruit bearing tree; the question is, are you a fruit bearing tree? Only you can answer it. How many souls have you brought into the kingdom of God?

We are created in the image of God for a purpose and the number one in the list is fruitfulness; so, we belong to a fruit bearing kingdom. God has blessed you; He said you should be fruitful; so, it was His agenda from the beginning. Fruitfulness was His intention for you and me before creation. Come to think about it, no matter how fertile you are as a human you cannot give birth to 3,000 children by yourself at once but you can bear 3,000 souls into the kingdom in one preaching. So kingdom fruitfulness is more lucrative than any other business, it is high time you stop focusing on only one side of His fruitfulness agenda without looking at the other. The bible says seek ye the kingdom of God first (Matthew 6:33); the area of kingdom priority is very important; when it comes to God and His agenda, friends, please be very intentional and don't use a casual approach. Jesus Christ was very intentional in his dealing throughout his earthly ministry. He says if you are ashamed of me, I will be ashamed of you in the presence of my Father. Mark 8:38 (Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels). You are not ashamed of advertising your product because you want more customers and more profit but yet when it comes to God and His agenda you suddenly become a shy person, no now, please let be genuinely serious. Genesis 12:5 (And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came). Abraham was childless when God called him at the age of 75 but yet the bible recognised him as a soul winner even before he started having his own children. When God called him, he first won the soul of Lot, his cousin and his wife Sarah for God and he continued gathering souls to God. He serves God and all his household joined him in what he believes. He was the first soul winner in the bible, and the scripture says we should look unto Abraham our Father. Isaiah 51:2 (Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him). God bless only the fruitful and curse the fruitless just like he did to the fig tree. Matthew 21:19 (And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away). He said he will take care of the fruit bearing tree so that he or she can bear more fruit. There is a motivation for everyone that will engage in this fruit bearing agenda. He has a package and incentives to motivate you to bear more fruit and I pray that your eyes will be open to see what is in it for you, in Jesus name. John 15:16 (Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you). God is committed to give you whatever you ask of him but it will be on the platform of you carrying out His agenda of fruitfulness by drawing men to His kingdom. The bible said if truly Abraham is your Father you would do the work of Abraham; and we all know that Abraham is a soul winner (John 8:31-44, Genesis 12:5). Friends, I know that you are going to be more productive from now on. Congratulations, you have won the heart of Jesus. If you are not saved you cannot save others which means you will never have a fruit to identify yourself with and it is very bad because you need to be a branch attached to the true vine Jesus Christ before you can bear fruit. I have good news for you; it is not too late, you can attach yourself to the true vine today by praying this salvation prayer below and be blessed, in Jesus name.

THE KINGDOM REWARD SYSTEM

Luke 22:35 And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing.

 

Matthew 10:1 And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease. 5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: 6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. 9 Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses, 10 Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat.

Business is defined as exchange of goods and services for profit. Serving God is a good business and a lucrative one indeed. Romans 12:11 (Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord); But sad enough many have misplaced this issue of kingdom rewards. They can't wait for the man whom they work for to pay them, so they decided to change the law of kingdom rewards to suit their greed. In every organisation there is a reward system set in place, everyone is rewarded according to their contribution and experience. The level of your experience and personal development will determine your contribution to the success of the organisation, the same applies to the kingdom business (Acts 6:1-6). Jude 1:20 (But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost), That is, if I want promotion or financial benefit I have to contribute more to the growth of the organisation. When you are working for an organisation, you don't approach those you serve on behalf of your organisation for your rewards, no, you have to wait for the organisation to determine your pay. The same goes to the kingdom of God, you have to wait and demand your pay from God not the flocks or the followers, it is very wrong. The same way it is wrong in the world system it applies to the kingdom business too. You need to understand how the organisation works, go back to your employment contract and check it clearly and also check your performance and be sure that your appraisal is intact. In this kingdom our Father's business is very simple and self defined including the reward system. The business is to draw men to His kingdom and populate it and then He will reward you for a Job well done. John 4:34 (Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work. 35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. 36 And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together). No work no pay (Laugh). But in this generation many want to reap without sowing, forgetting that our kingdom rules on principles including the principles of seed time and harvest (Genesis 8:22). Just like in every organisation there is some benefit that just comes to you by being a member of that particular organisation which is called fringe benefit but in this kingdom we may refer to it as mercy drops. Many have mistaken mercy drops to be the  real deal but it is not. As you give your life to Christ you are entitled to fringe benefit, that is what you gain by being a member of the kingdom. Only the active and participative members can make bold demands for their promotion or their pay. Matthew 19:27 (Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore? 28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29 And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life). I pray for someone reading this message now, that shall be your portion in the name of Jesus, your labour will not be in vain. 1 Timothy 5:17 (Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. 18 For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward). This is just the tip of the iceberg; we will speak more on this particular topic in the forthcoming book. THE KINGDOM BUSINESS PART 2

Luke 2:49 And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business?

As the name implies, our Father´s business which means it is a family business; and you are not part of this family by accident. You are wonderfully and perfectly made to fit your part in this family business. You are created for a purpose and that purpose will be fulfilled within the kingdom business; your gift was to be used in fulfilling the general purpose of the family business. Hear what Paul says concerning his call; Acts 26:16 (But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this PURPOSE, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; 17 Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee 18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me). Jesus Christ was sent for the same reason and the business has not changed; it is still the same. 1 John 3:8 (He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this PURPOSE the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil). So, our kingdom SLOGAN should be ¨DARKNESS MUST BE DESTROYED¨

It is our Father's business and we are his partner and in every business organisation there is what is called a deed of partnership that will spell out the stake and responsibilities of every partner. In this kingdom we are privilege partners in the sense that everything we have as contribution is given to us by the head of our organisation. 1 Corinthians 4:7(For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?)  Our responsibility is to make use of what we have received towards the growth of our Father´s business and then receive wages in return. John 4:36 (And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together). Your returns on  investment cannot be bigger than the amount you invested, so your wages and returns will be calculated based on your contribution. Which includes, the time you spent in gathering souls into the kingdom, praying kingdom advancement prayers and investing your material and financial resources in making sure that the kingdom of your Father is glorified and well taken care of and many more. Those are some of the kingdom business, so if you are only concerned about yourself alone you are not participating in this business and that also means you are not making use of what you are given.  

Matthew 25:28 (Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. 29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath. 30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth). Anyone who refuses to use his or her talent to do kingdom business is called an unprofitable servant and will definitely be punished for his or her slothfulness. In this organisation there is no room for laziness or idleness. Father wants every one of his children to join in fulfilling the kingdom goal. If you refuse to make use of your gift , it will be taken away from you and be given to your other siblings in the kingdom who are making use of his or her own and bringing profit to the Father. The Father delight in such a child.  John 15:8 (Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. 9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love). Father has a special place in His heart for any of  His children who will be committed in bearing more fruit, that is bringing more profit to the organisation. the share of such a child will continue to grow based on the level of his or her kingdom investment. 1 Corinthians 2:9 (But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him). THE KINGDOM BUSINESS PART 1

Luke 2:49 And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business?

 

We are here on earth to carry out our Father's business; so we need to be transactional in our dealings. Everyone that enters into business has two very important things in mind which are satisfaction of the needs of others and making profit in return. Organisation can be simply defined as a group of people who collectively work to achieve common goals. The purpose in this context is to populate the kingdom of God and depopulate the kingdom of darkness. There is a goal, and there is a collective effort to achieve the set goal, the purpose is derived based on common interest; everyone in the organisation has to put the interest of the organisation as number one. Your personal interest has to be aligned with that of the organisation; it is from the organisation that your own personal interest will be taken care of; which means as the organisation is growing you will be growing too. Your growth is based on your personal contribution towards the growth of the organisation. So if you want to grow in your personal life you need to be serious in the kingdom business.  The issue of priority is very important; that is, you need to live a kingdom first priority lifestyle. Matthew 6:33 (But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you). The kingdom of our dear God is a well organised kingdom and highly structured; it was formed by the collective effort of God the Father, The Son and The Holy spirit; but we are privileged to be brought in as a partner in this collective effort of the Trinity and what we have as a contribution was also given to us by them. Genesis 1:26 (And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth). They formed the organisation, faced the start-up challenges and conquered it by themselves and then brought us in to enjoy the organisation in which they have formed. Just like every other earthly business organisation, there are always some  challenges in the beginning and that is exactly what God faced when earth was without form and darkness covered the whole place. God defeated the challenges and the kingdom was fully established and began to run smoothly (Genesis 1:1-30). As a well structured kingdom we are here to take care of the earthly part of our Father's kingdom and that is why they created us in their own image for uniformity of purpose and agenda. There is policy and procedure set in place to run the organisation smoothly but man betrayed God´s trust and allow the destroyer to come in between them; again God was face with another challenge but he did not give up he came with another strategy to achieve his goal by sending his only son to recover his loss and anyone who agree to receive him will automatically become his son and be part of the ingathering immediately; but this time with a well written contract seal with the Holy Ghost and deeds of partnership which is the word of God. (John 3:16, John 1:12). so, we are here as an ambassador of Christ, a citizen of heaven to take care of our Father's kingdom business. You may ask, but Nene, what is this business that you are talking about? It is called the reconciliation agenda; 2 Corinthians 5:18 (And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation). Friends, as we go further in this series we are going to be unveiling them one after the other by the leading of the Holy Spirit; it is my joy for you to understand this kingdom business so that you can make use of your talent effectively. You will not be counted as an unprofitable servant, in Jesus name. I decree upon your life you shall be a fruit bearing believer, in Jesus name.  The kingdom business is a family organisation and to be part of this business you need to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour by praying this salvation prayer below.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SPIRITUAL MENTOR

Jeremiah 3:15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.

Our God does not reinvent the wheel, the knowledge you need is already existing, all you need to do is to go in search for it. Many has passed through the same way that  leads to your glorious destiny before you and many are still on the journey; and they know all the pitfall. Some have fallen and got up and now stars in their area of calling and endeavours; learning from them will accelerate your destiny and give you quick success. Just like the name implies, spiritual mentor, which means it is not something that can be done carnaly if not you will fall into a pitfalls. If you don't allow the spirit of God to lead you in choosing a mentor you may end up with curse instead of blessing or you may end up fighting the battle that will end your calling, God forbid. 

The first step is to identify your area of calling and the gift of God upon your life; the second step is to locate those who have similar call with an outstanding achievement and then connect with him or her. Please note that you cannot be mentored by someone that you are on the same level with, it has to be someone with experience and who has made a great exploit with his or her gift. Technology has made it easy for us to access and follow the teachings of most great men and women of God without physical contact. Some of these great men and women are not close to us to access while some have already gone back to heaven and that is not a hindrance at all. The books written by these powerful men and women of God are the documents containing their walk with God and their experience; reading them will just be like you are with them physically. The same way Jesus and the rest of the Apostle are still mentoring us today through the pages of the bible is the same way our mentors are doing through the pages of their anointed books and tapes. Knowledge is power and the level of your understanding will determine your outcomes in life.

Here are some of the Biblical mentors and mentees paired together by God. Many times God has told me, buy that book and read and also referring to some men of God that i have not met physically but have read their books as my Father. God has a way of pairing you with the grace that you need, so be sensitive in the spirit. 

MOSES AND JOSHUA: Numbers 27:18( And the LORD said unto Moses, Take thee Joshua the son of Nun, a man in whom is the spirit, and lay thine hand upon him); Moses continue to encourage his mentee Joshua to be bold and courageous and to hold on to the commandment of God and refuse to depart from it. (Deuteronomy 31:23). He showed Joshua the secret of his success and asked him to follow the same route. So, Joshua´s ministry is similar to that of Moses and that is why God connects them so he won't need to start training Joshua from scratch. If you refuse to locate your mentor you will remain mediocre in your call but that will not be you, in Jesus name.

PAUL AND TIMOTHY: 1 Timothy 1:18( This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare; 19 Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck): Timothy has a called to be an evangelist and Paul was his spiritual mentor. 2 Timothy 4:5 (But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry). Paul was advising his mentee Timothy and that is exactly what mentorship relationships are meant to be. As a mentor you really need to study the book of Timothy and learn the dynamic of their mentorship relationship; it will be a guide for you in your mentorship journey. Paul was a great mentor and he was very passionate about his mentees, especially Timothy.

ELIJAH AND ELISHA: 1 Kings 19:16 (And Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel: and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abel-meholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room. 19 So he departed thence, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he with the twelfth: and Elijah passed by him, and cast his mantle upon him). They walked together without a hinge, as a mentor when a young man or woman approach you for mentoring you need to ask God if it is His arrangement for you to mentor that individual; please don't shy away from it and don't hesitate to say no if you are not free in the spirit to accept that individual. Even though you are zealous to impart knowledge you still need to seek the face of God; and that does not make you a bad person neither is the person not trainable, no, that is why God said that he will give you a pastor; so everyone has their God ordained coach. THE MENTORSHIP STYLE OF JESUS PART 4

THE QUALITY OF A GOOD MENTOR(CONTINUE)

Everyone has that distinctive characteristic that sets them aside from others. In the last article we talked about some unique qualities that Jesus Christ possessed that made him a successful mentor. The secret of every leader is in his or her character and that is what makes them successful. 

1. BE TRANSACTIONAL: Jesus Christ has the mentality of a businessman, that is why when Peter asked him about their reward´s plan he did not get offended; he took time and explained what their reward is going to look like (Matthew 19:29). You need to have a reward mentality; doing it expecting to be rewarded by God. Jesus Christ knows that he is going to be paid for his job and he knows exactly who is paying and what his reward is going to look like. That is why when he finishes his work he places a request for his payment; many times people have misplaced this reward issue. You should know that the mentee is not the one to pay for your service; it is the one who gave you the job that will pay you. Most career mentorship is like a volunteering job; most people do it out of the goodness of their heart and their zeal to see people succeed and to make the world a better place. But in this kingdom, we are being paid by God for mentoring other believers. John 17:5 (And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was).

2. THE PURPOSE: Jesus Christ knows exactly the purpose for his mentorship; he understood the assignment because lack of understanding can bring about abuse. Without understanding you cannot have an outstanding result and only those with glaring achievement can pass their knowledge to others. The reason for your assignment must be well defined and everything has to be done intentionally. He knows that God has a plan and that he has to follow God's agenda and accomplish it. That is why he made this statement in the book of John 17:6( I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word). The main purpose was for us the mentee to know and accept God as our only true God and to serve Him only. So, he impacted us with the knowledge of God the Father. He came to reconcile us with God and to teach us how to reconcile others to God the same way.

3. THE REPLICATION AGENDA: Jesus Christ knows that the reason for the mentorship among others is to replicate himself; that is making a complete replica of himself to command the same exploits. John 17:23 (I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me).

4. FRIENDSHIP MENTALITY: you need to see your mentee as your friend so that you will not withhold any information from him or her concerning what they need to know. (Luke 12:4, Matthew 26:50) Jesus continues to refer to his followers as friends all through the scriptures and that is what makes him a successful mentor. John 15:13 (Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. 14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. 15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you). The key to a successful mentorship is to see your mentee as your friend; that is all. Even men refer to his disciples as his friends because he treated them as such with so much love and compassion. Mark 3:21 (And when his friends heard of it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself).
