YOU ARE A HOLY NATION

1 Peter 2:9(But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light; 10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy).

Isaiah 60:22(A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the LORD will hasten it in his time).

Revelation 5:9(And they sung a new song, saying, thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests; and we shall reign on the earth).

Christ has redeemed us by his blood out of every nation to make us a nation as individuals; not just a nation but a strong nation that was his original plan for us. This means you are no longer a person but a nation just like Isaac was (Galatians 4:28). The bible tells us that our new birth has made us Abraham’s seeds and if we are Abraham’s seed the potential to grow and become greater than nation is in us; all we have to do is to activate it.  Genesis 26:13(And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great: 14 For he had possession of flocks, and possessions of herds, and great score of servants: and the Philistines envied him. 16 And Abimelech said unto Isaac, Go from us; for thou art much mightier than we). Isaac alone was greater than the whole nation of the philistine and they begged him to leave because of envy; if your greatness does not attract envy then is not yet considered being great. Jesus Christ does not call us to live a life of poverty or to be unfruitful. He called the disciples and made them fishers of men; he called people to make them. So, friends, you are not called to be mocked or to be a nonentity, you are to be the envy of many. Jacob also went to Egypt and came out as a nation of Israel. Redemption has made us one of them with the ability to replicate and multiply. We are ordained a fruitful vine; at creation after God created man, He blessed them to be fruitful. Genesis 1:27(So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed the, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth). Man lost his full capacity to become who God really intended them to be because of sin; man lost his blessings and received curses (Genesis 3:14-20). Abraham and his seeds were chosen by God to show man what greatness feels like. Genesis 22:16(And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son: 17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed and as the stars of the heaven, and the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies).  Thank God for His mercy, redemption has now made us the seed of Abraham having potential to become a Holy nation. Galatians 3:13(Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us; for it is written, cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree; 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith). Abraham sacrificed his son Isaac to obtain the blessings and Jesus Christ offered himself as a sacrifice for us to receive the blessing that Abraham obtained. The Spirit of God carries the seed of greatness that we need and even though we gave our lives to Christ we need holiness to maintain a relationship with Holy God in order to become a Holy Nation. 1 peter 1:15(But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; 16 because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy). Our God is a covenant keeping God; He promised to deliver the children of Israel from slavery and He does and they possess the gate of their enemies and became a strong nation. Their wilderness experience was to learn how to follow God’s leading in order to possess their possession. Friends, I don’t know what you are going through now that is making your new birth look like a joke; I have good news for you as long as you are on the right path you will soon get to your land flow with milk and honey in Jesus name.  The curses were reversed by sacrifice of Jesus Christ and the blessings and the promise of the Spirit is to be received through Jesus Christ. In case you have not received Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior, here is another opportunity, do it today and be on your way to become a holy nation that you are ordained to be in Jesus name. In the journey to greatness salvation is the first step, please don’t despise it.

Lord Jesus, I come to you today, I am a sinner, and I cannot help myself, forgive me my sins, and cleanse me with your precious blood. Deliver me from sin and Satan to serve the living God. Lord Jesus, I accept you as my Lord and savior. Now I know I am Born Again, Amen.
