THE POWER OF PERSISTENCE: EXAMPLE OF THE WIDOW AND THE UNJUST JUDGE. LUKE 18:1-8

THE POWER OF PERSISTENCE: EXAMPLE OF THE WIDOW AND THE UNJUST JUDGE, LUKE 18:1-8 Luke 18: 1-6.( And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; 2. Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: 3. And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. 4. And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; 5. Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. 6. And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.) Jesus was telling us how to be persistence in prayer to get what we want. The woman in our text today was a widow and she was cheated of her inheritance. She did not give up in her quest to get justice, even though everything seemed to be against her, yet she was not afraid of the corrupt judge who was in charge of her case nor her adversary who seemed to be highly connected. I pray for the person reading this “Whatever has been forcefully or maliciously taken away from you shall be restore to you in Jesus name. Looking at her circumstance it was obvious that she does not have money to bribe the judge. She knew exactly where her strength lies and how to use it to get justice. Her strength was her ability to persist, to be patient, to focus and to shun every form of distraction. Distraction comes in different ways. This widow has only one goal, and that goal is to get justice. Nobody was going to discourage her from getting it. That is the attitude God expect from us when asking for something we really want from Him and pursuing our goals in life. So, keep pressing forward. Apostle Paul said in Philippians 3:14(I press toward the mark for the prize of high calling of God in Christ Jesus). The scripture recorded that she continues disturbing the unjust judge until she wore him out. The corrupt judge said that he neither fears God nor man, but if he does not help this woman she will kill him with her persistence. He quickly grants her the justice she deserves. Jesus concluded by saying,  Luke 18:8 (And shall not God avenge His elect which cry day and night unto him, though He bear long with them). God judgment is quick, that’s the reason why we should reconcile with Him by accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior Lord Jesus, I come to you today, I am a sinner, I cannot help myself, forgive me my sins, cleanse me with your precious blood. Deliver me from sin and Satan to serve the living God. Lord Jesus, I accept you as my Lord and saviour. Now I know, I am Born Again, I am free! Amen. #womanyouarefree www.womanuarefree.blogspot.com neneisahoc@gmail.com

THE POWER OF CHOICE : EXAMPLE OF MARY AND MARTHA

THE POWER OF CHOICE: EXAMPLE OF MARY AND MARTHA, LUKE 10:38-41 In the journey of life, there are many things seeking for our attention. What we choose to do or give our attention to is what will determine our result and where we spend eternity after our journey here on earth. Both in our career, Business and our walk with God. May the Lord help us to make the right choice in Jesus name. The decision to choose between good and bad is absolutely on us; God has left that for you and me. But He advices us to choose life so that we can live, Deuteronomy 30:19, John 6:63 (It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profited nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life). God can only guide us if we allow Him. The two sisters in our text today, Mary and Martha were faced with choices in their relationship with Jesus. Martha chose to entertain Jesus with special delicacies while Mary on the hand chose to sit at his feet to hear his word. The choices seem important and necessary to me but not with Jesus. Jesus told Martha in Luke 10:41-42, that she worries too much. That one thing is needed and Mary has chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. Matt 6:33 paraphrasing (Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and every other thing shall be added unto you). That’s how to get Jesus Christ on our side, just like Mary. There is time for everything (Ecc 3:1). Jesus was not always with them; his visit was an opportunity for them to hear the word that would help them in the journey of life. May the Lord help us to focus on the thing that matter most in Jesus name. Jesus Christ visited Mary and Martha because they had close relationship with him. He loves us so much that he went to the cross to save us. If you have not accepted him as your Lord and savior. This is your chance, accept him and let him guide you. CROSSING THE RIVER: PART 2

Sequel to our first episode on the above topic. After you have successfully crossed the first river. What next? Because what you did with your first line of freedom is what qualifies you for the next levels.
My dreams continue: I and the lady whom I led to Christ continued our journey to one certain community. We saw young men and women in tattered clothes, we began to minister to them. After receiving Christ, their garments changed to brand new. Amazing! Isn't it. In the spirit realm they were wearing dirty garments. The enemy have stolen their glory. But Jesus restored their glory. John 10:10. Your stolen virtue is restored, in Jesus name
What happens when you are wearing dirty garments or rags in the spirit realm?
Even in the physical, no one would want to associate with you. Zech 3:1-7
It keeps you far away from God. He can't hear your prayers and supplications.
You are subdued and confused
Remember, He is a Holy God.
(1 Peter 1:16. Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.)

Just like the Samaritan woman who left her water pot and went to the city to call others, to come and see Jesus. John 4:28 she wanted others to partake of the freedom she has just experienced. That's exactly what God expects from us. If you are under any form of bondage and desire to be free, then this message is for you. But  If you think you have already received your freedom, then introduce others to Christ for their own freedom.

Andrew brought Peter to Jesus, when he found him. John 1:41-42.
(John 1: 41. He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ.)

Philip also brought his brother Nathaniel to Jesus.
(John 1: 45. Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph).

When you find peace, don't keep quiet. Call others and you shall be rewarded by God.
I really need to qualify for the next levels with the help of the Holy Spirit, I don't know about you. May the Lord give us understanding in Jesus name.
If you have not encounter Jesus. This is an opportunity for you to know Him.

Lord Jesus, I come to you today, I am a sinner, I cannot help myself, forgive me my sins, cleanse me with your precious blood. Deliver me from sin and Satan to serve the living God. Lord Jesus, I accept you as my Lord and saviour. Now I know, I am Born Again, I am free! Amen.
