Genesis 3:9 And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? 10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. 11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? 21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
Have you bowed to pressure and left your appointed place and now confused? Are you hiding yourself from God because you have found yourself naked? Has your crown of glory been taken away due to sin and disobedience? I have good news for you; you are the person Jesus Christ is looking for; he wants to restore you to your original state. He wants to take you back to the Garden of Eden; come out quickly and answer His call.
Mark 2:17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Where are thou? This is the question that God is asking many of us today. The mistake many of us make is that we believe that God does not care and that He is not taking record; He has abandoned us and has forgotten about His promise but far be it. God is looking for you and He is calling you; He is wondering what has happened to your assignment; why are you not found there? Every one of us has our place of assignment that God has placed us but many are no longer found there, they have wandered away. Disobedience is a sin and is a robber of destiny. As we continue our journey with God; at times He may say wait here, stay here; don´t move yet. If we move out of the place that God has placed us we will be stripped naked of our glory and crown. God is never too late, He is always on time as long as we continue to wait for Him at the right place He will come as He has promised. King Saul was commanded to wait for Samuel to offer the sacrifice but he did not wait; he yielded to the pressure from the people and God took the kingdom of Israel away from him. Adam bowed to the pressure from his wife and ate the forbidden fruit and he was stripped naked of his glory. He mustn't have taken that fruit from Eve but he did; Saul kept placing the people over God; he paid more attention to what the people said than what God told him. It is a misplaced priority and very sad. Many have bowed to the world's pressure and found themselves in the wrong place, association, and marriage. and not many are lucky to repent; many have gone to the early grave due to pressure.
1 Samuel 13:10 And it came to pass, that as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, behold, Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might salute him. 11 And Samuel said, What hast thou done? And Saul said, Because I saw that the people were scattered from me, and that thou camest not within the days appointed, and that the Philistines gathered themselves together at Michmash; 12 Therefore said I, The Philistines will come down now upon me to Gilgal, and I have not made supplication unto the LORD: I forced myself therefore, and offered a burnt offering. 13 And Samuel said to Saul, Thou hast done foolishly: thou hast not kept the commandment of the LORD thy God, which he commanded thee: for now would the LORD have established thy kingdom upon Israel for ever.
1 Samuel 15:23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.
Adam and Eve were ejected from their appointed place, they were rejected by God because they obeyed the voice of the serpent instead of obeying the commandment of God. God called Adam and he answered and said that he was hiding somewhere because he came out of his hiding place God had compassion and clothed them. Now, we have the perfect sacrifice and are covered in the blood of Jesus. With Jesus, you will be forgiven, clothed, and restored to your original state.
He wants to restore your kingdom. Please don't die in your sins like King Saul; come to Jesus and let him clothe you. He came to call sinners unto repentance; He did not come for the perfect. Friends, here is another opportunity to repent today and your kingdom shall be fully restored to you, in Jesus' name. If you want to say here, I am Jesus, quickly pray this salvation prayer below.
Lord Jesus, I come to you today, I am a sinner, and I cannot help myself, forgive me my sins, and cleanse me with your precious blood. Deliver me from sin and Satan to serve the living God. Lord Jesus, I accept you as my Lord and saviour. Now I know I am Born Again, Amen.
