SAYING YES TO JESUS PART 3 (Do Not Be Deceived, It Is Time To Get Serious)

Ephesians 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. 24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

Saying yes to Jesus means that you have agreed to be part of him; to become one with him. For it is written that a man shall leave his mother and father and become one with his wife; in this case, we are the bride, and that is why Christ left heaven´s pleasure and came down to join himself with us. That is why we need to accept him as our Lord and saviour so that he can enter into us and become one with us. Matthew 19:5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?

If you are one flesh with Christ, no devil can molest you; you cannot join his flesh with that of another man. You need to keep your vessels clean because your husband is Holy and cannot withstand unrighteousness and unfaithfulness. Two cannot walk together unless they agree. You have agreed to walk with Jesus by saying yes to His proposal, so focus on building your relationship with Him. 

1 Corinthians 6:16 (What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh. 17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. 18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that commiteth fornication sinneth against his own body. 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's).

You are married to Jesus now, and you are no longer single, so stop behaving like an unmarried woman. Any alternative you have aside from God is your idol; you are committing fornication with other gods. You are looking elsewhere for a solution; God alone is not enough for you; you are breaking His heart; you are provoking Him to jealousy. You are saying that He is incapable of satisfying your needs. You are disrespecting Him; you took His sacrifice for granted. But, I heard Him saying that His mercy is available for anyone who will say LORD, I am sorry for breaking your heart, let's start all over again. This is so emotional, but I don't know about you; my prayer for you is to see this message the way the Holy Spirit is revealing it to me. You are not losing the battle because Jesus Christ does not care, far be it; you are losing because you have neglected the terms and conditions of your covenant with him. (I want all my readers and followers to know that I am receiving the same message as you, anytime you come across my message. They are raw revelation from heaven. Imagine someone who seals your contract with him with his blood; he did not require you to do the same, he took the pain all alone just to prove how much he wants you, and how much he loves you. Every other contract will require an oath from both parties, but he did not; all he needs from you is your commitment. Is that so hard? Everything is done for your profit; he wants you to fulfill destiny, to fulfill purpose; He wants you to be relevant in your career, among your peers; he wants to be proud of you, in the order of Job. He wants you to have everything about life; he just wants you to be comfortable. 2 Peter 1:3 (According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue):

Friends, let know man deceive you that grace has covered you, I am not saying that grace has not covered you; but Paul the Apostle said also in Romans 6:1 (What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? 2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?). We need to be serious for once; it is for our good.

SAYING YES TO JESUS, PART 2 (The Terms and Conditions of Our Relationship with Jesus)

2 Corinthians 11:2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

In every contract, there are terms and conditions that clearly outline each party's responsibilities. If there is any violation of the terms, the contract becomes null and void. Saying yes to Jesus is signing a contract with him; in this context, it informs marital relationships. Marriage fails because many couples do not understand marriage; they don't study the terms and conditions, and everyone continues to live their lives as if they are not answerable to each other. Love is not one-sided; love is reciprocal, but what we, the believer, call love between us and Christ is one-sided, me, and only me. God, why? But we never ask ourselves, What have we done wrong? Why is this thing not going the way it should be? To maintain a good relationship with Jesus, we need to trust Him and judge Him faithful, and agree that whatever goes wrong in this relationship is our fault, because He has proven Himself faithful by sacrificing His blood for the relationship. He paid the price with his blood, and he cannot joke with our relationship. If this fact is established within our heart, then we are good to go. By this fact, you can easily adjust and fix any part of the relationship that has broken down. You may ask, but Nene, where can I find the terms and conditions? Every page of the bible contains the terms and conditions of our relationship with Jesus. The scripture below is a typical example of how this marriage contract is designed to work.

Deuteronomy 28:1 (And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: 2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God).

The question is, do you obey His voice? Do you take instruction from Him without argument or excuse? Check yourself and judge yourself; you will know if you have been faithful

Your responsibility is to obey, and God´s part is to bless you as He has promised. As His wife, we were asked to be submissive, and He should also love us. Ephesians 5:23 (For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. 24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing).

In this case, one is not submissive and yet demanding to be loved. To be submissive in this context is to obey God´s commandment. It is to do whatever God tells you to do without questioning; it is to trust His judgment, because only then can you have a change of story (John 2:5-11). 

1 Corinthians 2:9 (But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him).

Everyone may be contesting for the love of God, but He has prepared a blessing for that one person who will reciprocate His love with proof. Friends, strive to be that person who will get the prepared blessing

Friends, if you are one of those who used to shout, O God, fight my battles for me, please meditate on the above scripture carefully and judge yourself, see if you are qualified. There are conditions attached to every promise because we are in a contractual relationship with God. As believers, let's stop playing games and be serious for once, and with that, our story will change dramatically. Your enemy does not have power over you; it is your lack of spiritual responsibility that gives them the power over you. But the good news is that you can reclaim whatever ground you might have lost to them by taking spiritual responsibility.

Exodus 23:24 (Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images. 25 And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. 26 There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil. 27 I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee).

Whatever has taken the place of God in your life needs to be broken to pieces; stop lusting after their gods and provoke God to anger; disconnect yourself from them and serve the LORD, your God with all your heart. Make Jesus your only love today by saying yes to him. You may also want to renew your marital vow with him by praying this salvation prayer below and be blessed, in Jesus' name.

SAYING YES TO JESUS, PART 1

Isaiah 54:5 For thy Maker is thine husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.

Our relationship with Jesus is the most important aspect of our Christian journey; your relationship with Jesus is what will determine your eternity, whether you are going to spend it with Him in heaven or with the devil in hell. In this kingdom, there is no group relationship; being in one group or unit in the church does not mean you have a personal relationship with Jesus. The fact that you are a member of a church or close to the General Overseer or pastor does not guarantee your relationship with Jesus. Your relationship with Jesus is personal and very sensitive. He is a jealous lover; he wants his relationship with you to be personal. No intruder, no third party, just you and Him alone. Saying yes to Jesus means that you have accepted Him as your husband, to walk with and to be one with him in Holy matrimony. Matthew 19:5 (And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?) 

John 17:23 (I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me).

It is a commitment that you will not share His love or affection with another person. Exodus 34:14 (For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God):

God wants us to be committed and focus on building up our relationship with Him alone. It is good for an Evangelist to introduce anyone to Christ, but you are not allowed to interfere in their relationship. One day, the Lord said to me that I should remember not to introduce them to myself, but to Him. There are many born-again Christians who do not have a relationship with Jesus; I don't mean to confuse you, but that is just the fact. Just like some married couples who are together but have no relationship, there is no commitment; they are just tolerating each other.

When we say yes to Jesus, we have entered into a covenant, and we are not permitted to enter into any other covenant with other gods. He will consider it a betrayal of trust. Everyone deserves a personal encounter with Jesus because that is what will change their perspective about Him. When you have an encounter with God, everything about Him will become real to you, and you will not need human persuasion to obey His commandment. You will not need encouragement from anyone to do the right thing; obeying God´s instruction will become a delight. Going to Church will become a necessity. 

The relationship between us and Jesus can be likened to that of a man and a woman. As a man, when you find a lady attractive and approach her for a relationship, it can be either for casual or something serious. If it is casual, not much commitment is expected, which means each person can still maintain their privacy and can do whatever they want without offense; But when the man goes further by proposing marriage with the woman, he wants some commitment, and if she says yes, then a contract/covenant is established. Engagement is between you and the woman to show that you are interested in making her your wife, but when you make it legal, a witness is involved at that point. Society and families expect both of you to be responsible and make some adjustments. If, after you have paid dowry and the wedding has been conducted with an oath, you now found out that the woman whom you have paid her dowry and showcased to society is now playing harlots, how would you feel as a man? Would you still go ahead to do everything you have promised her? You are not obligated to perform everything you promised if the woman refuses to be faithful. That is exactly what is happening between Jesus and some believers today. They have said yes to Jesus, but are still going around as if they are single and available; they are not faithful towards their spouse; they are playing harlotry with lies, cheating, one leg here and one leg there. They are not playing their part of the covenant. All the promises in the bible are real, but they come with responsibility. If you want to experience the love of Christ to the fullest, you need to repent. The prodigal son backslidded, but when he came to his senses and returned home, he reconnected with his father and was restored to his original state (Luke 15:11-32). Jeremiah 3:14 (Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion):

Friends, you are no longer single; you are married to Jesus now, so show some respect to the oath by playing your part. Dedicate time to studying the terms and conditions of the covenant so that you will not fail. If you have not said yes to Jesus, this is the perfect time to do it; and if you have backslided, quickly turn back by praying this salvation prayer below and be blessed, in Jesus' name(Amen). JESUS, THE RISING TIDE THAT LIFTS ALL BOATS

John 12:32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. 33 This he said, signifying what death he should die.

Yes, Jesus is the rising tide that lifts all boats, but the question we should all ask ourselves is, Is my boat sailing on the same ocean as he is? Because if not, you cannot be raised together with him. Only those who are on board with him can fly the same way he is. We are meant to be inside of him; that is what redemption is all about. 

Romans 6:3 (Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life). To be baptized into Christ and begin to walk in his way; do what he does and be a replica of him because as he is so we are in this world (1 John 4:17). We are seated in heavenly place inside of Christ, so if he is not seated we cannot sit; we are in him so that he can be wherever we are at all time; so any one that touches us touches him; whatever that cannot humiliate him will not be able to reach us.

Ephesians 2:6 (And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus):

Ephesians 1:20 (Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come):

That is the mystery of the new birth. Understanding this simple logic makes us untouchable, unmovable, and more than conquerors. We are above only entities, and what happens to those who are on the floor cannot happen to us because our attitude towards God is what determines our altitude in life. We cannot claim or proclaim what we don't know, and that is why we need to get ourselves familiar with the terms and conditions of our relationship with Jesus. Obedience to the terms and conditions of your contract with Jesus is what will bring about the reality of redemption´s benefits. But how many believers even understand the terms and conditions of their relationship with Jesus? To gain a deeper understanding of our relationship with Jesus, we need to live a studious life by studying the Word privately and also being consistent in our church attendance. There are priests ordained by God to put us through and to interpret the terms and conditions of this relationship to us. Jeremiah 3:15 (And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding).

The above only position we are talking about is only available to those who are willing and committed to obey his commandments. We need to do what Christ does to secure our space inside of Him. The power to raise others up like Christ has been given to us, and all we need to do is activate it by reaching out to the lost souls. The commandment of soul winning is as important as the ten commandments because as he is, so are we in this world. Friends, are you sailing along the same ocean with Jesus, or do you want to come over to the coast where he is? DESTROY IT NOT, FOR A BLESSING IS IN IT

Isaiah 65:8 Thus saith the LORD, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants' sakes, that I may not destroy them all.

You are a seed of blessing and cannot be destroyed; redemption has loaded us with so many blessings. You are a royal seed in the order of Daniel and Joseph. The lion could not destroy Daniel because he was a man of destiny, and Joseph could not be killed because of the blessing that was deposited inside of him. You are also no longer under any curse; the blessing of your father Abraham is inside of you by redemption, and that makes you indestructible. The power of redemption overrides every curse, even the curse of the law.

Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Numbers 23:8 How shall I curse whom God hath not cursed? Or how shall I defy, whom the LORD hath not defied?

Joseph´s brothers could not destroy him because of the blessing that was inside of him; that is why I know that no matter how many times they tried, they would not be able to destroy you because there is a blessing inside of you.

Genesis 49:26 The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.

You are a child of destiny, you are too blessed to be wasted; you are that goodly pearl that the merchant man sold everything to purchase; Jesus, the merchant man purchased you with his blood because you are too valuable to be covered in the mud (Matthew 13:45-46). Friends, stop underrating yourselves; you are worth more than gold. Job was challenged, but God specifically told Satan not to destroy him because there was a blessing inside of him. Friends, until you are done offloading all the blessings God has deposited inside of you to benefit your generation, you are going nowhere. The reason you remain standing strong despite all the challenges is that you have something the world needs inside of you. 

Numbers 23:20 Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed, and I cannot reverse it.

The blessing of God upon your life is irreversible; no matter where they go, they won't be able to reverse it, nor can they destroy it. Even if they hire an anointed curser like Balam, it would still not be possible because there is a blessing inside of you. 

Numbers 23:23 Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel: according to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!

Friends,  be conscious of who you are and what you are carrying so that you will not be careless with your life. Only you have the power to destroy yourself as a child of God; your enemy has no power over you; Your adversary, Satan the devil, knows it, and that is why he wants you to neglect your obligations, 1 Timothy 4:13 (Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. 14 Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. 15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all).

Satan wanted Job to curse God, so that he could kill him, but Job refused to sin against God. He led the children of Israel to sin against God by setting traps for them. But if you continue to give attention to the word of God, he will not get you. Friends, the blessing does not jump on people; something provokes it. What a joy, Jesus Christ has taken our place, He has exchanged the curse for the blessing, but until you say Yes to Him, you won't receive yours. So, what are you waiting for? Say yes to Jesus by praying this salvation prayer below and become a blessing to your generation. God bless you.

FOCUS ON YOUR RACE

In every race, there must be a target; you are not permitted to run amiss; If any man starts running without a target or a definite destination, he or she will be considered a mad person. You cannot run another person's race; you are to run your race and receive your prize. You cannot run a race and then another person collects your prize because your prize has your name tag.

 

1 Corinthians 9:24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. 26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: 27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Distraction is an enemy of destiny, and Satan has mastered the art of distraction as his weapon against the anointed ones. That is why Jesus Christ advised us to focus on him. He is the way, and God said we should look unto Jesus as our example and run our race the same way he ran and won the crown(Hebrews 12:2), If you are serious about running the way you should, you will not have time to judge how other people are running their own. Idleness is the reason why many have become judges in another person's race, and there is no way you can be a star runner and, at the same time, be a judge; it is not possible.

1 Timothy 5:13 (And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not).

Focusing is the master key to running a successful race here on earth. Paul the apostle mastered this particular key, and he documented it so we can also learn from it and run successfully. Imagine if Paul were busy criticising Peter and the rest of the Apostles, he wouldn't have time to achieve so much. He was sent to the Gentiles, and he focused on his assignment. And at the end of his race, he boasted of his accomplishment (Acts 9:15-16). The assignment was clear; Just like Paul, God has a job for each one of us. Don't be a news analyst without payment; if you are called to do it, you will prosper in it. Another person is making news, and you have become an analyst without payment. Be intentional in your race; do everything with a target in mind; don't be a time waster because time lost can never be recovered.

2 Timothy 4:7 (I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: 8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness; which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing).

Friends, do you know your assignment, or are you just confused and need direction? I have good news for you: Jesus, the way maker, the truth, and the way himself, is here to show you your assignment. Just the way he shows Paul, and he turns away from doing the wrong things immediately. It is not too late to receive your call; your encounter with Jesus today can change your story like Paul's if you will say yes to Jesus by praying this salvation prayer below and be blessed, in Jesus' name.
