Hebrews 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, 5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, 6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
Jesus is heartbroken; he is still bleeding not from the nail of the enemies but from your own nail, you that he died for; you keep nailing him over and over again to the cross. It is time to stop; I am talking to you, and don't pretend you love him because all your actions show that you don't. OH my God, Jesus, why am I weeping while writing this message? His presence is so overwhelming, and I could feel his pain. Please stop nailing him over and over again to the cross, and renew your vow with him, and he will be fine. What he wants from you this season is a genuine repentance.
Jesus is worrying about your behaviour in the world. It brings shame to him; you are not representing him well as part of his body; don´t let him cut you off.
We all know the agenda of God, and why He sent His only begotten Son to the world, knowing fully well the world would crucify Him, yet He sent him anyway. Jesus knew his assignment, and he was unbothered. He went through the humiliation, considering us to be the most valuable pearl, worthy to lose his dignity to have us reconcile with God. He gave us only one assignment: to continue the reconciliation work from where he left off, while he will be there to support us with the necessary weapons we need to achieve this purpose. This commandment was the last commandment he gave to us (Mark 16:15-20). Ask yourselves how many people you have talked to about Jesus since you gave your life to him. How many souls have been drawn to the kingdom of our dear God? No commandment is to be ignored. The greatest commandment is love. God loves the world; He gave Jesus to the world. Jesus loved the world and laid down his life; if you want to fulfil the commandment of love. You also need to lay down your pride and go out there and do the work of reconciliation by fulfilling the first and the last commandment (2 Corinthians 5:17-21). The reason for his bleeding is that you have ignored the main reason he saved you. All you do is ask him, give me this, give me that; you are not giving him anything. Your love for him is parasitic; love is supposed to be symbiotic in nature.
Your attitude is allowing his enemy to blaspheme; this kind of thing is painful; he punishes David not because of what he did to Uriah but because he allowed the enemy of God to mock him, to blaspheme. Two shall come together and become one; you and Christ are one, and whatever you do, he can feel it.
2 Samuel 12:14 Howbeit, because by this deed thou hast given great occasion to the enemies of the LORD to blaspheme, the child also that is born unto thee shall surely die.
They mock him and nailed him to the cross; now you are allowing them to mock him again because of your behaviour. It is very sad. Your attitude is meant to be a tool for soul winning, because you are the image of Christ, you are the mirror that reflects his image to the world, but the image you are portraying, if you want to be sincere to yourself, is it reflecting Jesus? What are others saying about you? Can they follow you to your God? You can see the reason for his continuous bleeding, but you can stop the bleeding by changing your way. When you mend your way, you are mending his broken heart. Whenever you misbehave, he will feel the pain of the nail again. You kept breaking his heart, and you cannot even survive one heartbreak before you jump on blood pressure medication. You need to repent and say sorry, and begin to do those things that will gladden his heart. That is the best Easter gift anyone can give to Jesus this season. Friends, reconsider your way; make a vow not to break his heart again. Be the best lover that he had. Only a fool will continue to be loyal to those who are constantly breaking their heart.
Friends, Jesus died for everyone, but he can only be a lover of those who believe in his sacrifice and accept him (John 1:12). If you are not yet his bride, please accept his marriage proposal by praying the salvation prayer below and be blessed, in Jesus name.
Lord Jesus, I repent of my sins and accept You as my Lord and Saviour. I believe you died for me so that I could become a new man/woman. Forgive me all my sins, wash me with your blood, and give me a new heart. Thank you, Lord, for saving my soul. Now I believe I am born again. And I am a child of God. Amen!
